I'm Charlotte. Interval sessions are a real love-hate relationship for me: they push me to my limits regularly — but that's exactly why I always go home with a really good feeling. With the community, you suffer and grow together.

THE BEGINNING.

July 2024, Bavaria-Park. My friend Maryna really put me through the wringer. Evening, intervals, still 30 degrees. Super hard — and I still pushed through. Because I realized I could push my limits in the group. That was the moment that got me hooked.

THERESIENWIESE TRIANGLE.

Progressive run, no hard breaks, short sharp intervals on good ground. Exactly the mix that really pushes you to your limit. Theresienwiese is my favorite session — and it's already given me more than one unforgettable story.

Always remember: giving birth hurts more.

Puma special at Rumford, June 2025 — straight after to the interval session on Theresienwiese. As we arrived, the storm rolled in, pouring rain, the field was underwater. Nobody dropped out. Everyone pushed through. Seriously cool crew.

WHY RS.

The variety of sessions. Coaches who are ambitious and yet super approachable — who value and push every performance and every pace. And a community that genuinely wants to get faster: setting ambitious but realistic goals for yourself and training together toward them, that inspires.

That combination of progress and community — other clubs just don't have that.

ON THE ROAD.

Last year: Sportscheck Run Munich in July, Generali Marathon Cologne in October. In May 2026, the Salzburg Half Marathon. This year, two big goals are on the list: the 3MUC Triathlon at Olympic distance and the Lake Constance Three-Country Marathon.
