Thanks to Instagram I found Running Society in May 2023. First impression: a huge group of motivated runners. Second impression: apparently there are a surprising number of people who enjoy suffering through intervals. 😂

Through Running Society I discovered my passion for HYROX. What started as interval training became the next competition format — Hyrox Berlin 2026 was the latest proof of that.

WHY RS.

Because of Magnus' humour — whether he's actually funny is up for debate. 😄

But mainly because of the incredible community. Through Running Society I've met so many friends. That's what stays.

FAVOURITE SESSION.

Bermuda Triangle at Theresienwiese — whoever goes in comes out a different person. Or doesn't come out at all. Somehow both at once.
