Hi, I'm Ferit from Isarvorstadt. Off work, I love spending my time outdoors. For me, Munich is the perfect playground where sport, culture, great people and beautiful nature all come together.
THE BEGINNING.
I know social runs from Regensburg — Coffee to Run. When I moved to Munich I was looking for a new running crew and came across RS through social media.
I loved the RS spirit from the start: fast, funky, with changing running spots across the city. That way you don't just live in the city — you experience it.

SNOWSTORM ON THE THERESIENWIESE.
We always run. In any weather, against the wind, against the snow. On the Theresienwiese we once got caught in a snowstorm — snowflakes flying horizontally, the wind slowing us down. You just wanted to go home to the couch. But afterwards everyone was happy to have pushed through.
THE TEAM.
What makes RS for me is the team. And yes — Magnus' music playlist and Fux' motivational lines too.
ON THE ROAD.
This year, the Munich Marathon is coming up for the first time — I'm looking forward to it. My most important race so far: the Paris Marathon. Running through the city, pushed relentlessly by the crowd, was indescribable.
The last interval is the fastest interval. :-D
